Registration & Costs

Online registrations are open from 10 March 2014 to 20 May 2014.

Registration fees

*Membership fees fully up to date (i.e., including 2014). Members can pay their annual membership fee together with the meeting registration (€ 50 for regular and €25 for junior).

**Graduate students under 32 years of age, with no permanent position at the University or other public or private institutions. To benefit from this discount, a confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during the registration procedure).

The registration fee entitles participants to:

• entry to all scientific sessions and poster viewing
• all coffee breaks during the duration of the meeting
• "Welcome buffet" on 11 June and lunch on 12 June
• congress kit

Social evening

The social evening (12 June) comprises the meeting's social dinner, preceded by a guided tour to the museum; this is not included in the registration fee and costs 30 EUR. If you wish to attend, please select it during the registration procedure.

Payment

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, your reference code. Please do not process your payment without this reference code—thank you for your cooperation.

Childcare and babysitting

Please contact us by 15 April, if you wish to apply for childcare or babysitting services while attending the conference.

Based on the requests received, the organisers will either directly offer a childcare service (near the conference venue), or send you information on individual childcare services that you may contact.

Please send an mail to sibbm.2014@azuleon.org, within 15 April, with the subject "Childcare request", specifying:

• age of the child(ren)
• spoken language(s)
• days/time periods in which childcare assistance is requested
